Halloween fun at CCB!

The weekend was full with Halloween fun for CCB and the winter staff. On Saturday downtown Brevard was transformed into a Halloween spectacular with a pumpkin rolling competition, Pumpkin Pie bake-off, local artists and chefs offering their amazing goods for sale and plenty of locals dressed up as spooky ghosts, goblins and witches.

Back at camp there was some pumpkin carving going on, spooky spider treats being cooked up and costumes being prepared for the Halloween party!

That evening Ec, Alfred, Greg, Mike, Phil, Kylie and Simone all headed to the local Halloween party, where they enjoyed 3 local bands and a lot of dancing…

The weather at camp has definitely started entering winter (well the Southern Hemisphere staff believe so) with morning frosts seen almost every day and chilly evenings keeping everyone inside with a hot chocolate!
